Dear Parents,
Kindly make note of the following points:
1. Last working day for the students will be:
Grades III - XI 13 March 2025
LKG to II 20 March 2025
Grade Nursery 22 March 2025
2. Please note the change in school timings, which will be effective from 10 March 2025 at Sector
14 Campus:
Grades Nursery to III 7.55 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.
Grades IV and V 7.55 a.m. to 02:00 p.m
Grades VI to XII 7.55 a.m. to 02:15 p.m
Kindly note that late comers will not be permitted to enter the school. The School gates will open
at 07:35 a.m.
3. The students will be shown their final term answer sheets as per the following dates:

CLASS DATE
III & IV 10, 11,12 &13 March, 2025
V 11,12 &13 March, 2025
VI-IX 11,12 & 13 March, 2025
XI 11 March, 2025

It is mandatory for students to attend the school on these dates.


4. Result of the final examination (Session 2024-25) will be declared on as per the following
schedule:

CLASS IX 18 March 2025
CLASSES III – VIII 22 March, 2025
CLASSES NURSERY - II 27 March, 2025
5. The PTM will be held as per the schedule given above in point No.4, according to the slots
allotted by the Class Teacher.
6. The new session 2025-26 will commence as per the following schedule:
i) Class XI 15 April 2025
ii) Class XII 17 March 2025
ii) Nursery, and I to X 01 April 2025
iii) LKG & UKG 08 April 2025
7. Children promoted from Nursery to LKG and LKG to UKG will start coming to school from
08 April 2025.
8. Students promoted from UKG (Sector-14) to Class-I will come to the main school in the new
session from 01 April 2025
9. The senior students (Classes VI-XII) commuting by private arrangement will be allowed to
move out only after the students who go walking, have dispersed.
10. The students commuting by the school bus will start leaving the school premises
w.e.f. 10 March 2025 at:
Grades Nursery – III : 12.45 p.m. onwards
Grades IV – XII : 02.35 p.m. onwards
11. Fourth Saturday is observed as Parents’ Teachers’ Meeting from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Students accompanying their parents on PTM should come in proper school uniform.
12. School remains closed on the Second Saturday of every month. On other Saturdays school
closes one hour early.
13. Please make sure that your ward has the required books for the new class and the summer
uniform before the start of new session i.e. 01 April 2025. The books will be available w.e.f.
11 March 2025.
14. Please ensure that your ward always carries his/her I-Card while coming to the school.
15. Summer Vacation will be observed w.e.f. 31.05.2025 to 30.06.2025. The school will reopen on
July 1, 2025.
16. For information of the parents, composite fee can be deposited quarterly i.e. in the months of
April 2025, July 2025, October 2025 and January 2026 and in case of any difficulty fee can
also be deposited monthly. Parents are requested to deposit the fee by using online fee
payment mode available on our school website [Link].
17. In case of withdrawal of the existing students due to any reason, application for Transfer
Certificate is to be submitted a month in advance, latest by 07 March 2025.
18. The transport fee will not be charged for the month of June.
19. Kindly note that for withdrawal of transport facility, one month’s notice is necessary. This will,
however, be acceptable upto 31 August only and no withdrawal of this facility is allowed after
September.
20. The School has procured ‘Student Insurance’ – Group Personal Accident Policy with a
nominal annual premium of ₹101/- (included in the Composite Fee) with effect from 1 April
2025.
21. Now-a-days many parents are hiring Private Vans for the transportation of their wards. It is our
earnest request to the parents to ensure the safety of their wards in the van. It is entirely the
responsibility of the parents, if the child travels by any private mode.
22. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards do not drive any vehicle to the school, as
underage driving is against the law.
23. During the school hours, we do not allow the parents/guardians to take the child home, unless it
is very urgent. In that case, parents have to come personally to take the child from the school.
24. Parents are requested to come in formal dress and should carry their school I-Cards on every
visit to the school.
25. In case somebody else other than the parents comes to pick up the child, he/she should carry the
parents’ school I Card and a written application from the parents. Please note that carrying
mobile phones, i-pads, expensive/ smart watches/ fitness bands and any other gadgets to the
school is strictly prohibited for students. If they bring such gadgets on any pretext, these will be
confiscated. In case of emergency, students can use the telephone at the School Reception.

We need your full co-operation in all matters relating to the healthy growth and development of your
child, which we trust, will always be forthcoming in the interest of your ward.
