GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Students will come to school for examination in proper school uniform (wearing of I-Card is mandatory).
2. No child should be sent to school in case he/she is not well. Kindly submit leave application and send a
medical certificate in such case.
3. The students must not have any study material in their possession while appearing for the examination.
4. If any student is found involved in cheating or malpractice, the paper will be cancelled for that subject
and a stern action will be taken as per school policy.
5. It is compulsory for all students to bring their own stationery items required for attempting the paper. No
student is permitted to borrow or lend anything.
6. After Value education exam, regular classes will resume and the school will get over as usual.
7. From 21.02.24 to 12.03.24, students will come to school only on the day of examination. On preparatory
offs, parents are requested to guide children in revision and practice.
8. Note: 15.02.25 is a preparatory holiday.
9. From 21.02.25 to 12.03.25:
a. There is no change in arrival timings. Children will report to school by 8 am.
b. Students will report to their respective Classrooms (KG to II) & allotted examination rooms
(Classes III to V).
10. Please note change in dispersal timings mentioned below and make the arrangements accordingly.
a. Van users /pick up by parents -11.30am from designated gates
b. School buses will leave at 12pm.
11. Session break for students from 13.3.25 till 30.3.25. Parents are requested to use this time productively
by taking their child to visit different historical monuments, engage them in various physical fitness
activities and make them read good, age appropriate, recommended story books.
12. Please make the payment of school fees dues if it is still pending before January 31,2025.
13. Result day for classes KG to II - 21.03.25 (Friday); Classes III to V - 25.03.25 (Tuesday).
For this, PTM will be held from 8:30 am to [Link] slots will be provided to collect the report
card. Parents are requested to purchase uniform and book set for the next class on the same day.
14. New academic session will commence from 1st April 2025 (Tuesday)) with usual summer school
timings. Children will come in proper summer school uniform.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(1) After the Computer, General Knowledge and Sanskrit exams, regular classes will resume and the school will gets over as usual.
(2) There will be an Exam Preparatory Leave on Feburary 14th, 15th and 17th, 2025.
(3) The students will report to school by 8:00 am. The exam will begin at 8:30 am and it will get over by 11:45 am (except computers, GK and Sanskrit). The school buses will run on their regular
schedule in the morning and will leave by 12 noon from Feburary 21, 2025 onwards. Van users and students who commute on their own must make their own arrangements as necessary.
(4) Students will directly go to their examination room allotted (Seating Plan will be shared by the class teacher separately).
(5) The students must come to the school in proper school uniform and must carry their I-cards with them.
(6) Students should abide by all the instructions given by the teachers on duty.
(7) It is compulsory for the students to bring their own stationery items required for the exam. No child is permitted to lend or borrow anything.
(8) The students must not have any study material in their possession while appearing for the examination.
(9) If any student is found involved in any cheating or malpractice, the paper will be cancelled for that subject and a stern action will be taken as per the school policy.
(10) Students are prohibited from carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other smart devices. If found in possession of such items, they will be confiscated and will not be returned.
(11) Please make the payment of school fees dues if it is still pending before January 31, 2025.
(12) Class 6-8 results and a PTM are scheduled on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am. Books and uniforms will also be available for purchase on this date.
(13) The new session for classes VI-IX will commence from April 01, 2025 (Tuesday).
