2. Define Filter Objects

A. Click on the New Entries button to create a new entry.

B. Enter a name in the Filter Object field.

C. Enter descriptions in the Description field.
D. Enter a table name in the Table Name field

Note: The table name will be used as filter criteria in Transaction DRFOUT, and the fields of table T012
are listed at left as the filter criteria used in manual replicate process.
E. Click on the Enter button, and click on the Save button to save the data.
F. Choose the correct Transport Request and click on the OK button .
G. Select the entry that is already created, and double click on the Assign Filters button.

H. Fill out the Description field.

I. Select Explicit Simple Filter under Filter Type.
J. Enter the table name in the General Filter Parameter field

Note: The table name will be used as filter criteria in Define Filter Objects.

K. Click on the Enter button, and click on the Save button to save the data.
3. Define Business Objects and Object Identifiers
3.1 Define Business Object Available for Replication

A. Enter any values in the fields BO Type, Description and Constant Name.

Note: DO NOT enter value in the Object ID Type for Key Structure Access field, and just leave it blank.

B. Click on the Enter button, and click on the Save button to save the data.
3.2 Define Object Identifiers

A. Enter value in the fields Object ID Type and Description of Object ID Type.
B. Enter the BO type value that is created in step3.1 in the BO Type field.
C. Click on the Enter button to get description of the BO type and save.

3.3 Define Business Object Available for Replication

A. Go to Define Business Object again to finish maintaining Business Objects.
B. Find the BO type that is created in step 3.1.

C. Enter the Object Identifiers that is created in step 3.2 in the Ob. ID Type Key Structure Access
field.
D. Click on the Enter button to get attributes of the Object Identifiers and save.
3.4 Assign Filter Objects to Business Objects

A. Click on the New Entries button to create a new entry.

B. Enter the BO type that is created in step3.1 in the Business Object Type field.
C. Enter the filter object that is created in step 2 in the Filter Object field.

D. Click on the Enter button and save.

3.5 Assign Key Structures to Object Identifiers

A. Enter the object identifiers that is created in step 3.2 in the Object ID Type field.
B. Enter the table name that is created in step 2 in the Key Structure field.
C. Click on the Enter button and other attributes will be entered automatically, and save.

4. Define Outbound Implementation

A. Enter a name in the Outb Impl. field and description in the Outbound Implementation
Description field.
B. Select Replication via IDoc under C. Channel.

C. Enter the implemented DRF class in the Outbound Implementation Class field.
D. Enter the BO type that is created in step 3.1 and filter object that is created in step 2.

E. Click on the Enter button and save.

5. Define Business System

A. Enter a name in the Business System field.

B. Click on the Input Help button, and an entry list will pop up.

C. Double click one logic system andsave.

Note: After clicking on the Save button, an alert will appear at bottom of the window.

D. Click on the Enter button to continue.

6. Define Replication Models

A. Enter a name in the Replication Model field and enter description in the Description field.
B. Enter 1in the Log Days field and save.

6.1 Assign Outbound Implementation

A. Select the replication model that is created, and double click on the Assign Outbound
Implementation.

B. Click on the New Entries button to create a new entry.

C. Click on the Input Help button to find the outbound implementation that is created in step 4,
and double click on it to continue.

D. Click on the Enter button to get relevant attributes and save.

G. Click on the Input Help button to select the business system that is created in by step5.

H. Double click on the business system to continue, and save.

Notice: The Business System here is not the actual receiver system. The only way to decide a receiver
system is to maintain logic system as a receiver system in Transaction BD64. Here it is necessary to
maintain a logic system as Business System.

6.2 Active Replication Models
