Dear Parents and Students,
Further to our earlier circular, dated 23 May, 2025 regarding the Mid-Year Examination Syllabus, please find below the Mid-Year Examination Datesheet for
students appearing for the Grade 8 Mid-Year Examinations, 2025-26.
Kindly note the following information pertaining to these examinations:
• Students must ensure punctuality and must be in school according to their scheduled time. All exams will be held punctually and there should be no time
wasted in arrival, movement, and dispersal, which will need to be speedy and well-timed.
• Students are required to come to school in their complete school uniform.
• No smartwatches, phones, or other gadgets are permitted.
For online doubt clearing days, educators will share Google Meet links with the students. These links will be provided in advance to ensure a smooth and
organized session.
Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of academic integrity and expect all students to uphold and adhere to creating and fostering an environment of
honesty, and fair attribution in all academic pursuits. The policy is available on the school’s website for your reference and we would request you to go through
the same to better understand what Academic Honesty and Integrity means for the SFHS community and also understand the procedures to handle situations
where it seems that Academic Honesty has been breached.

The exam will begin at 8:45 am for which the children must be seated in the class rooms by 8:20 am.
Dispersal - Bus dispersal will take place daily at 11:45 am.
