Training & Development Question-1: How do you assess the training & development issues/needs of your SBUs/PCs/CDs?

At Bestway Land Properties Ltd., a well-planned and structurally designed in- house training activity-involving sales, marketing and customer service etc. will be conducted throughout the calendar year. Question-1: How do you suggest the MIS to connect your SBU to the Corporate to share those information for management views and decisions?
Information is a critical resource in the operation and management of organizations. Timely availability of relevant information is vital for effective performance of managerial functions such as planning, organizing, leading, and control. An MIS in an organization is like the nervous system in the human body: it is the link that connects all the organization's components together and provides for better operation and survival in a competitive environment. Indeed, today's organizations run on information. Management Information systems in organizations thus share information to the Corporate body to support for decision making. In view of that, MIS encompasses transaction processing systems, decision support systems, and strategic management systems.

Question-2: Prescribe at least 05 (five) steps/means for doing that by providing a functional organogram and a flow chart?

To serve with the best quality, reliability, which is the ability to perform the promised service dependably and accurately, must be maintained. Responsiveness, which is the willingness to help customers and provide prompt service, must also be maintained. This dimension emphasizes and promptness in dealing with customer requests, questions, complaints and problems. By hiring right kind of employee, this concept can be satisfied. Again, assurance is defined as employees knowledge and courtesy and the ability of the firms and its employees to inspire trust and confidence. This dimension is likely to be particularly important for services that the customer perceives as involving high risk and/ or about which they feel uncertain about the ability to evaluate outcomes. So we must hire efficient employees. Then empathy is defined as the caring, individualized attention the firm provides to its customers. The essence of empathy is conveying through personalized or customized service that customers are unique and special. All customers want to feel understood by and important to firms that provide service to them. So empathy must be there. So if these points are ensured to have the best quality, the service quality increases itself. And this is very much important to achieve the goal of the organization.
