Storage and handling 7. Supplies needed

Patient will safely receive Augmentation therapy with Zemaira

Prepare and administer IV infusion of Zemaira utilizing aseptic technique: 1. Secure IV access 2. Check dose and reconstitute drug following approved procedural guidelines 3. Administer infusion of Zemaira following approved procedural guidelines 4. Assess and monitor patients cardiopulmonary status, vital signs and response to therapy following approved guidelines

5. Document assessment, vital signs, total Zemaira dose given, lot


6. number, amount of Zemaira per vial, expiration date, route and length of infusion, response to therapy Notify physician of significant changes in patients health status Report adverse events to CLS Behring at 866-936-2472. Identify coping skills and support systems Allow patient to verbalize feelings Assess stressors, assist patient in developing strategies for dealing effectively with them.
