SCHEME FOR STAFF VEHICLE LOAN FACILITY:
i) DIGITIZATION OF LOAN APPLICATION PROCESS
ii) SANCTIONING USING SYSTEM THROUGH PROCESS IN HRMS
iii) OPENING OF VEHICLE LOAN ACCOUNT THROUGH HANDS – OFF IN
HRMS

To promote digitization in Staff loans, BOARD in its meeting dated 06.11.2024 has
approved implementation of System driven approach for processing of application,
recommendation & sanctioning of Staff Vehicle Loan facility through HRMS; thereby

substituting Recommending and Sanctioning Authority as defined in IRMD Circular No
-20 30
50/2024 with System Logics. In digitization process following changes have been made:
a) Digitization of loan application process.

b) Sanction of Staff Vehicle Loan using system through process in HRMS substituting
recommending and sanctioning authorities defined in IRMD circular no. 50/2024.
c) Due Diligence & execution of documents by General Banking Branch (GBB) staff.

d) Automatically opening of vehicle loan account in CBS after submission of
declaration by branch official that all the requisite documents have been executed
at branch level.
The detailed process flow of application, recommendation, sanction and documentation
of Staff Vehicle Loan through HRMS is given in Annexure I.
All other terms and conditions of Scheme for Conveyance Loan to Staff Members
circulated vide HRDD Circular No 917/2024 dated 20.05.2024 and Revision in Maximum
Limits circulated vide HRDD Circular No 918/2024 dated 30.05.2024 will remain
unchanged.
All are advised to take note of the same and ensure that Staff Vehicle Loan
accounts are handled through HRMS only.
