Working Principle
CRBT is configured as an INAP terminating service which is triggered at the TDP12 of the Terminating BCSM. Terminating triggers are triggered either in Gateway or Visited BCSM or both. The System authenticates the called party number received from the SSF. On Success, it connects to the IP and instructs the IP to play the required voice or music. At the same time it also initiates a new call to the called party number. When the called party answers the call, the system terminates the connection with the IP and instructs the SSF to merge the two call segments.
