What is??
Ethical Dilemma is a moral situation in which a choice has to be made b/w two equally undesirable alternatives. An ethical dilemma is a situation that will often involve an apparent conflict between moral imperatives, in which to obey one would result in transgressing another. This is also called an ethical paradox since in moral philosophy, paradox plays a central role in ethics debates.
In a situation of this kind, one must act out of prudence to take a better decision. Eg. Of advertising agency
