    Description

    This parameter indicates the Basic Priority (BP) which represents the service priority. It is mapped from RAB parameters such as ARP, traffic class and THP. The larger the BasicPrio is, the higher priority it represents.

    Admission Control - DchUlAcThresh Parameter name DCH Uplink Ac Threshold Abbreviated name DchUlAcThresh This parameter indicates the uplink RTWP threshold for DCH admission control. If the uplink interference exceeds (background noise + DchUlAcThresh), the new service request on DCH will not be admitted.
