INTRODUCTION
The Imus City is a first class component city and one of the fastest
growing city in the province of Cavite in terms of population and
industrialization. In fact, there are 403,785 totals of population in the
city.
Aside from being an urbanized city, yet, it has still managed to maintain
its countrified landscapes, Culture and History.

INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, because of the continuous developments and
urbanization, the city of Imus is currently facing various problems like
traffic, cooperative development, housing, peace and order,
business/entrepreneurship, youth and sports, infrastructure and ecology
and environment. Including the problem of traffic congestion and lack of
facilities such as parking areas, city library, recreational facilities and
multi-purpose hall of the City. The current city hall is in the plaza of Imus
and occupying a beautiful and historic structure. However, it can no
longer handle the city halls facilities.

INTRODUCTION
Eventually, the proposed Imus City Government Eco-Civic
Complex will be constructed to widen the social, medical and
economic services of the local government of Imus City. It will
be a sustainable and accessible clustered compound for the
buildings and structures that will cater the government
officials and workers of the City hall as well as to its citizenry.

OBJECTIVES

GENERAL
The general objective of the study is to build an eco-friendly government complex
that will house all the needed branch of services in order to provide wider
circulation of the public and bigger offices spaces of the Imus Government for the
business transactions and considers the users, occupants and employees of the City
Hall.
SPECIFIC
Aims to:

To build a government complex that can be sustainable to conserve and protect


the environment. Also, provides some healthy surroundings to the public, users,
occupants and employees of the government complex.
OBJECTIVES
To build a government complex that can be sustainable to conserve and protect
the environment. Also, provides some healthy surroundings to the public, users,
occupants and employees of the government complex.

To design a government complex that is so arranged according to its function and


purpose to avoid congestion and traffic of circulations inside and outside the
building.

To provide a public facility that are interconnected with open spaces like parks,
playground, commercial hub, eco-friendly pavements and civic plaza.

To create a government compound that maintains the historical values and cultural
heritage of Imus city and consider it as a design to the building mixed with modern
green architecture
EXPECTED OUTPUT
