Principal Advantages
Reliable technology as it operates at low temperatures and since it comes in an integrated model
that reduces the number of compnents needed and simplifies the system.
Technology that protects the artificial lift system, given that it is designed to work through fewer
cycles without sacrificing production.
Efficient technology as it needs less power for its operation.
Environmentally friendly technology as it needs less raw material for its manufacture and uses less
power for its operation.
Technology that favours the implementation of cost strategies since the reliability, safety, efficiency
and environmental advantages translate into a lower CAPEX and OPEX.

STUFFING
BOX

Stuffing box 100% brass, designed to reduce friction and possible
scratching of the polished rod. It also has:
External Raspador: prevents sand or particulate material in the
environment from getting into the spaces between the high and low
pressure seals and the polished rod.
Low-pressure seal: seals and helps redirect large fluid volumes that
escape from the high pressure empaquetadura to the expansion tank.
Internal Raspador: redirects the fluids that escape from the high
pressure empaquetadura to the expansion tank.
High-pressure seal: contains 99.99% of the fluid volume and redirects it
to the production line.
Friction Band: centres the polished rod and maintains the spaces
between the the seals lubricated (soley for operations below 220 °F).
Maximum operating pressure: 1000 psi.
Maximum operating temperature: 220 °F (without the friction band
and with special seals, 450°F).
Chraracterised by its high levels of durability and reliability.

JUSTIFICATION HOW DOES IT WORK?
To produce hydrocarbons with an A driving fluid (water) is injected into the well tubing from
artificial lift system that allows for the surface. This fluid travels down, passing through a
series of circular holes that enable the driving fluid to flow
the reduction of CAPEX and OPEX freely. The fluid is then forced against the progressive
costs. This is achieved by elimating cavity motor, creating torque and revolutions (power). This
the need to use electrical rods or power is sent to a PCP via a flexible shaft that connects the
motor to the pump. In addition, the discharge point of the
cables to provide power to the pump has a circular seal that forces the driving and
down-hole pump. production fluids to travel up to the surface (through the
circular space) where they are received and separated so
that the driving fluid can be reinjected.
