Self supporting program.

 The "Self Supporting Program“ is be used to


computerize the budget process system for
computer science department , A.P.S.
University. This S/W is developed on visual
basic 6.0.
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT :-

 The main purpose of this Project (self program) on


develop good and useful software for our
department computer science so that it can easily
ménage income & budget processing system of
department.
 The purpose of s/w is used to automate the self
supporting program of computer science depart.
Software is for the automation of self supporting
program
Why need computerization
 In the present scenario of globalization
everywhere in the world cost reduction is
the main area of concern.
 By doing computerization of any system we
achieve more quanta of work in less time
with less man- power.
 This indirectly reduces the cost and time.
 Also the results achieved are more accurate
as compared to manual results.

OBJECTIVE
 The main objective of the application is to
automate the self supporting program of
manually maintain the records of the
income, head of expenditures, Search to be
computerized. So the income, head of
expenditures, Return, Searching will be
faster’s. Men ten the calculation automatic
SCOPE:
 This application can be used by any self
supporting program to automate the process of
manually maintaining the records related course
of maintaining the income and expenditure.

provided in this Home Form:-

 By clicking the New Income Menu of the MDI form


this form can be displayed for the entry of new
Income in the self supporting programmed.
Following Text Boxes have been provided for the
entry of the income related information:-
 In addition to above different Update, Delete, Add,
Refresh and Exit command buttons have been
provided in the form.

 Clicking the second menu Expenditure this
form can be obtained for the entry of the
Expenditure. The following provisions have
been provided in this form:-

 This form can be obtained by clicking the
“Income” under the third menu “Find” for
income a particular field available in the self
supporting program along with the course

been provided for entry of find field income.

buttons have been provided in the form.

 This form can be obtained by clicking the
“Expenditure” under the third menu “find” for

CONCLUSION:-
 After we have completed the project we are sure the problems in the
existing system would overcome. The “Self Supporting Program”
process made computerized to reduce human errors and to increase
the efficiency. The main focus of this project is to lessen human
efforts. The maintenance of the records is made efficient, as all the
records are stored in the ACCESS database, through which data can
be retrieved easily. The navigation control is provided in all the
forms to navigate through the large amount of records. If the
numbers of records are very large then user has to just type in the
search string and user gets the results immediately. The editing is
also made simpler. The user has to just type in the required field and
press the update button to update the desired field.
 The income and expenditure are given a particular unique. So that
they can be accessed correctly and without errors. Our main aim of
the project is to get the correct information about a particular
income and expenditure available in the self supporting program
