 DWCRT™ TESTING
• Load Test and Torque Test are preformed to
API Specification 8C 5th Edition April 2012.

• Marking and deformation on the tubular is

inspected. This ensures that using a
DWCRT™ will not damage casing that it is
used with as long as the recommend loads
are not exceeded.

• Tooth penetration measures .003” to .016”

depth, below the allowed penetration depth
allowed by API 5CT 9th Edition 2011

Cycle/Field Test: DrawWorks cycle
test its tools by running multiple
cycles on the tool while applying
normal operating conditions. This
is generally a field test or a
repetitive test at our facility that
replicate a field conditions. This
test ensures that DrawWorks

times and provide a long service
life if the recommended service is
performed.

DWRT (Release Tool)

Fill-up Without Lowering the Top Drive
The DWRT is a fill-up tool with capabilities to fill, circulate and take
flow-back. The DWRT has the ability to retract the push plate if the
casing shoulders up on it while running in the hole.

DWC-CAT (Casing Alignment Fillup Tool)

The DWC-CAT system uses two hydraulic cylinders
positioned below the top drive, with extra-long slings
guided past the main elevator to the double-hinged,
single-joint elevator. Once the Casing is hanging from
the single joint elevator, the DWC-CAT is activated which
pulls the casing up and stabs it into the fill up tool.

DWPHS (Pipe Handling Tool)
The DWPHS is positioned below the top drive with 2 arms
that reach over to the v-door and drop the single joint
elevator onto the casing. Once the casing is locked into the
single joint elevators the DWPHS will pick the casing up and
swing it over to the center of the rig floor under the CRT.

AutoFill™ Casing Fill-up and Circulating Tool
The AutoFill™ allows the operator to fill, circulate, and recover fluid
while running casing. With the AutoFill™ you can continue to use the rig
pumps and top drive while running or pulling each joint of casing. The
AutoFill™ Casing Fill-Up & Circulating System saves time, enhances rig
safety, and well control during drilling operations.

 Our casing FAC tool is the easiest to operate and the easiest and most
inexpensive to maintain.
