and accordingly fulfilled it.

Production & Operations

• Production and Operations Management ("POM") is about the


transformation of production and operational inputs into
"outputs" that, when distributed, meet the needs of customers.

• The role of Production and Operations is to ensure that the


business actually makes the required products in accordance
with the plan.

• Proper space utilization
Suggestions

• A multi user Tally.Erp must be used, having different access


levels.
• Staff must be trained to use the ERP software
• An internal audit must be done on quarterly basis
• Knowledge transfer must be done.
• Weekly planning and weekly reporting should be done.
