time. Avoid
tardiness.

4. Attend your classes
regularly. No cutting
classes.
5. No climbing in
and out of school
fence.
6. NO
SMOKING
in and
outside
school
premises.
7. Be kind
and
courteous to
everyone
especially to
school
authorities.
8. Avoid
display of
indecent
behavior and
speaking of
profane
language.
9. Cell phone is not
allowed during class
hours.
10. No drinking of alcoholic
drinks inside and outside
school premises.
11. Avoid getting involved
in fights, fraternities or
sororities.
12. Avoid defacing and
vandalizing school
properties.
13. Avoid activities interfering with
school performance such as not
completing assignment, excessive talking
in class, inattentiveness in class, creation
of disturbance, leaving classroom without
permission.
14. Do not bring the following
inside the school: deadly weapons,
destructive toys, card games, liquor,
pornographic materials, marijuana,
prohibited drugs, and other dreadful
things.
15. Don’t involved yourself in any
abusive and illegal activities such as
stealing, trespassing, possession of
weapon, extortion, gambling, physical
and verbal harassment, fighting
between students, kicking, punching,
possession, use in and selling of drugs.

THIRD OFFENSE – CONFERENCE WITH PARENT,


TEACHER AND SCHOOL HEAD FOR THE LAST CHANCE,
WRITTEN AGGREEMENT – IF FAILED TO OBEY SCHOOL
RULES AGAIN, GROUND FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION OR
TRANSFER TO OTHER SCHOOL.

performance to avoid
failing grades and
dropping out of school.

and others.

with your child.
This will help you
assess his/her
problems in
school.
Pay attention
whenever you
receive a letter from
the class adviser or
guidance
personnel.
