    TYPE USES
       
    Branched, castor oil-based polyol In the formulation of tough-elastic coatings.

    FORM SUPPLIED PROPERTIES / APPLICATIONS


       
    Solvent-free, liquid In combination with other polyols such as SETATHANE D 1145, 1156 and
     
    crosslinked with Desmodur1 VL, SETATHANE D 1150 is suitable for use in
    x the formulation of two-component coatings. These are mainly used on
    x concrete and asphalt floors and steel surfaces.
    SPECIFICATION After crosslinking and curing of SETATHANE D 1150 with Desmodur VL,
     
    Viscosity (23 °C): 3500 ± 500 mPa·s the resultant coatings are tough and flexible, hard-wearing and
    chemical-resistant.

    It can also be combined with Desmodur L to formulate highly-resistant
    Hydroxyl content, supply form: 4.7 ± 0.2 % sealing compounds.

    chemical reaction use following formula: 
    Acid value, supply form: ≤ 2 mg KOH/g

    DIN 51 777-1 Generally speaking, SETATHANE D 1150 can be thinned with esters,
    ketones, ether esters and aromatic hydrocarbons. However, the solutions
      formed have to be tested for their storage stability.
