• The main targeted audience is for young people trying to get physically active and
more healthier and fit overall.
• The chosen person for this health plan is Aymen he currently weighs 100kg and his
personal overall goal is to lose 5kg which would put him to 95 and he is desiring to
get more healthier e.g. eating good foods and getting fit and healthier in mental and
physical.
• He is currently in a good shape and a mindset but he wants to reach just that extra
step to reach his personal ultimate goal.
• His goal is to lose the weight and get fit in a week.
HEALTH PLAN
• The plan will include many different activities to help increase mental health and
overall fitness levels.
• It will have physical activity
• And a diet plan to improve his diet and to reach a balanced lifestyle which consists of
physical activity and a diet routine.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
• Day 1: 5 suicides, 30 push ups, 30 setups, 15 burpies, 30 minute run, and a short and quick bike ride
around the block.
• Day 2: 1 hour bike ride, 30 push ups, 10kg weights both arms, then go up by 5 until you reach your
maximum weight, 10 pull ups.
• Day 3: 40 jumping jacks, 15 push ups, 30 squats, 30 crunches
• Day 4: 40 high knees, 30 sec plank, 30 lunges, 15 push ups
• Day 5: 20 burpees, 20 squats, 35 crunches, 30 plank jacks
• Day 6: 5 minute log, 10 minute stretch
• Day 7: reset
• This ultiatley works on every muscle and part in your body.
DIET PLAN
• By the person following the following routine and health plan they will increase there
fitness levels and overall health both mental and physical which allows you to
become more opened minded and feel good about yourself which will increase your
personal felling about yourself and self esteem.
• It also allows you to have a more balanced lifestyle.
