    Silent Call counter explain


    Silent call rate = (VS.AMRNB.ULSilent.OccurNum + VS.AMRWB.ULSilent.OccurNum)/(VS.RAB.SuccEstabCS.AMRWB +
    VS.RAB.SuccEstabCS.AMR)

    The silent call recorded at RNC, when the lost frame rate or bad frame rate reached 20%, the 3G network will record silence count.

    TOP Cell principle


    Check 3 days KPI of silent call, if silent call rate > 1% and silent call number >30 as TOP cell which need deep analysis.
