NURSING DIAGNOSIS
Fluid volume excess r/t decrease urine output & water retesion.
Fluid electrolyte imbalance r/t improper tubular reabsorption.
Imbalanced nutritional status r/t less intake.
risk of circulatory over load r/t sodium & water retention.
Activity intolerance r/t fatigue & edema.
