Introduction
• In our country people are facing a
huge problem of parking, as there is
always a problem of less space for
parking.
• When one parks a vehicle in a no

parking area one encroachment van
comes from R.T.O office and pick up
the vehicles which are in no parking
area and takes action against it.
• Corresponding people from that
van take that vehicle to the R.T.O or
corresponding station then people
have to collect their vehicle by
showing documents and paying the
memo.
• In this process , most of the time

when these people or officers from
van don’t give warning before
picking vehicle, they don’t show any
kindness with the people /vehicle.
What is Park Warning System
• In this process many times they damage the vehicles . For
every user, first thing come in mind is that their vehicles has
stolen . But actually it is picked to the station and they even
don’t know.
• Time consumption in this process is a big problem for
R.T.O , so this project is a solution of considering both side
of coin.
• i.e common people & R.T.O .
• All vehicles have RFID , which will be having all
information of vehicle owner like name , contact no. And
the message is send with the help of GSM module.
OBJECTIVE
Park warning system can help common people and R.T.O. servants
to avoid wastage of time.
 To get known parking problem facing by people
 To get an easy way to handle parking problem
 Reduce time consumption for common people and R.T.O.
 Discuss the current status and solution on it

How RFID Works

WORKING
 Every bike will be containing one RF tag.
 RF tag will be having its own unique identification number

which will be not repeating.
 RF tag will be scanned RF reader.
 After scanning UID number of RF tag will be given to the

microcontroller.
 After receiving the UID number it will search into the already
storing dada.
 After searching that number one query will be generate with

help UID number.
 That mobile number is serially given to the GSM modem &

with the help of GSM modem SMS are initialized.
 1st SMS are warning which says that bike is in no parking area
& after 10 minute timer will be started and will goes on
decreasing.
 If bike owner is come within 10 minutes then it has to pay
memo & no need to go station.
 So if bike owner come within 10 minute, timer will stop

automatically.
 If 10 minutes are over and owner not come then again

automatically 2nd SMS will be initialized which will tell that
your bike is picked by encroachment van & will also tell about
station information.
 2nd SMS will be a information SMS which will say about

picking bike information, station information, and which
documents should be carried for retrieving bike.
ADVANTAGES
 It saves a huge time of both people and RTO department.

 It will reduce damage of vehicles.
 It will help to reduce corruption.
 It will increase convenience of both people and RTO
department.
CONCLUSION
This all process takes a huge time. Also many times for some
documentary issue corruption also take place.
So this project will be helpful for both common people and RTO
department.
 This project will help to reduce the problem of damage the
vehicles.
 It will reduce huge time consumption in this current process.
 Also transparency will increase so this will help to reduce
corruption.
Future Scope
 It used for paid parking system.
 Prepaid paid for Toll

 For checking weather bike is legal or illegal.
 For checking the expiry date of Insurance and other document

validity
