Google Drive can be accessed on the web, on your
computer, or on your mobile devices.
Anytime, anywhere.
USING GOOGLE DRIVE
On the Web you can:
• Create a folder
• Create or upload a file
• Find and add files shared with you
USING GOOGLE DRIVE
On the Mobile Devices you can:
• View, share, and organize your files
• Upload, store and print files directly form
you phone or tablet
• Scan documents using your device’s camera
• Access your files offline.

On the Computer you can:
• Drag files into and out of the folder
• Edit, Save, rename and delete files
• Move files and folders around
• Access your files offline

CREATING GOOGLE DOCS
Google Docs is a real-time collaboration and document
authoring tool. Multiple users can edit a document at the same
time, while seeing each others' changes instantaneously.

Simply, produce text documents.

1. Click New. Click Google Docs.

3. You can create a document and work in it much the same way
as in your word processing software. Docs will automatically
save every change you make.

5. To add and edit text, just click on the work area.

6. To change margins, page color, and orientation, click File>Page
Setup.

Google Slides is a web presentation


application of Google.

3. You can create a presentation and work in it much the way as


in your presentation software in your computer. Slides will
automatically save every change you make.

4. To continue creating your web-based presentation, do any of the following:
• To name your document, click Untitled Presentation.
• To enter content on the slide, you may click the text placeholders and start
typing.
• To add image, video, word art, shapes, and others, click Insert.
This is also where you can insert new slides.
• To format text and paragraphs, click Format.
• To change the size of the slide, click File>Page Setup.
• To customize and complete your spreadsheet, use the toolbar.
• To view the presentation, click Present.

Google Forms is a web application of Google that


allows you to create online survey, poll, or quiz.
