with Metro Pacific Investments Corporation and Marubeni Philippines Corp. which owns 93% equity at
Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad). The Company's economic interest in MWSI decreased to 25%
from 41%, after Marubeni acquired 20% of economic interest in Maynilad last February 2013.
