    Technological Progress and Potential Future Risks
    To summarize
    In my opinion advanced societies are at a major turning point in terms of how we think about work, leisure,
    and social benefit delivery. People have to understand we are witnessing a fundamental interruption of the
    current cycle where people are paid for their work and spend their money on goods and services. When a
    considerable portion of human labor is no longer necessary to run the economy, we have to rethink income
    generation, employment, and public policy. In this situation, it is important to address the policy and leisure
    time issues raised by persistent unemployment or underemployment. There is a danger of disruptions and
    unrest from large groups of people who are not working. That creates poverty and social dissatisfaction and
    runs the risk of instability for the society as a whole. And policies that encourage volunteerism and reward
    those who contribute to worthy causes make sense from the standpoint of society as a whole. Adoption of
    these steps will help people adapt to the new economic realities.

    Technological advancements and innovations are often detrimental for concerned technology companies

    To Summarize
    We are facing a dilemma whether to allow the staggering growth of Internet users and communities who can
    easily connect among themselves today or ensure the Telco operator’s smooth business environment with
    restrictive access to the innovative technologies. As happened in the past, in this situation today, we are again
    watching the phenomenon of one technology killing another technology. When we talk about Internet of
    Things (IoT), which is a grand vision that would connect millions of devices in an Internet-like infrastructure
    where all “Things” would be connected, or Crowd Associated Network (CAN), where an infrastructure-less
    network architecture is envisioned with the utilization of the crowd to complete the communication gaps
    among the associates, we are basically imagining a world with better access to information, freedom to
    exchange information, and cheaper cost. Our expectation is that mobile service operators will still earn the
    required profit to be able to maintain and expand their network coverage.

    To summarize
    Understanding the workforce is the first step to aligning their behavior with organizational
    objectives in ways that recognize workers’ needs, develop their capabilities, and respect their
    values and those of the organization. Today, career development and learning go hand-in-hand,
    with technology as an essential partner in making career progression opportunities available,
    accessible and relevant for people. That's why, technological tools can help an organization and its
    people thrive only if its designed to capitalize on unique human strengths.

    in the future. Although they have difference ways of expressing the article. Like the first article,
    which is about "Technological advancements and innovations are often detrimental for concerning
    technology companies" there are problems in these technologies. The second article
    "Technological Progress and Potential Future Risks" contained both positive and negative things
    about technology for the future. And the last article "How Cloud-based technology is powering
    career development" here we can summarize how technology supports a device that will be useful
    for future careers.
