• It can be concluded that standards, smooth supply chain
CONCLUSION: operations, Quality and punctuality are very important for
companies in the pharmaceutical industry at the moment to
adopt them.

• The clients are affected by unethical standards in the


pharmaceutical industry due to the companies which are
engaged to make higher revenue or falsely represent their
account books to attract investors.

• To explain the effect of ethics on the workplace, various


ethical ideas are discussed in many researches and surveys.
Policies can be used to solve problems and strengthen the
structure of healthcare and pharmaceutical Industry which
M&P have adopted very well and now they working on
further improvement of their organization.

LEARNING FROM THE
PROJECT

• Efficiency and effectiveness are really important


but the one thing far more important is the
Standards of an organization.

M&P is working good now but for the standard operations and
RECOMMENDATIONS procedure, introducing the facilities for the warehouse and etc
they should conduct at least 2 3 workshops.

For the standards and ethics issues they should strict their policies.

For the missing products and bribing cases they should


immediately action legal and fire the employees on the spot and
punish them accordingly so that they should be afraid of doing
these things again.

One thing that I have also notice that the M&P have procedure
which is same in every area which is good but they should make it
easier for rural areas so that bribing and other issues risk should be
minimized.
