Vision

 Gerial Apartments envisions being one of the best


service providing apartments at the said location in
which made a mark on the mind of its tenant for it
extreme satisfaction and comfort. Exceeding the
expectation of its customers from the service given.
Mission

 The mission of Gerial Apartments is to ensure the


safety and comforts of its tenants. We intend to
provide the best service to its finest as to maintain a
good satisfaction of the wants and needs of its
customers.
Goals

 The Gerial Apartments aims to provide extreme


comfort and satisfaction to its customers. To being
one of the best service providing there is among the
competitors in the location and meet the demands of
the wants and needs of its customers.
Objectives

 Ensure the safety and security of the


establishment.
 Prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of the
tenants.
 Implement system that will reach the demands
of the customers.
 Aim to exceed the high expectations of the
society.
SWOT Analysis
Strength

 There are only few rental apartments in the


location.
 It is located near Richwell College.
 It is cheap and affordable.
 Management. We will assemble people that
are dedicated to the business.
Weakness

 Lack of reputation. We have not established


ourselves as a reputable company yet.
 Lack of capital –We need loans for funds.
 Business System –its system still needs to be
proven.
Opportunities

 Itcan catch the attention of students and


employees.
 Expansion of land
 Only few apartment.
Threats

 Upcoming competitors.
 Plenty of lands for sale.
Business Description

 Gerial Apartments is a start-up rental apartments


owned by Gerial Family located at San Jose, Plaridel,
Bulacan. Gerial Apartments expects to catch the
attention of employees and students near the location
that uses a big amount of time in commuting to their
works and schools.
 Gerial Apartments offers to provide comfort and the
best service among the competitors at the location
and satisfy the wants and needs of its tenants.
Equipments/Materials needed

 Electricity and Water supply – these are the


primary needs of the tenants.
 Land property – to build an establishment we
must first have our own land property.
 Establishment or building material – these will
be use to build and establish the building for
the apartment. Like Cements, Metals, hollow
blocks, Grava, etc.
Business Size

 The size of the business will be small at first.


Just enough as a start up apartment business.
But eventually will expand once the business
have enough income to provide more
establishment for more tenants.
Personnel requirement

There will be 5 personnel needed in total.


 Carpenter - To build the establishment and if ever there are
problems in the building.
 Plumber – to build and fix the water system.
 Electrician – The person to build the electrical system and fix
electrical problems.
 Financial manager – to make sure that the finances are
balance and will ensure that the budget and funds are safe for
future business finances.
 Landlord/lady – A person the tenants can talk to if ever there
is a problem within the establishment and report it to the
management or the owners.
Parties supporting companies

 Tenants – these refers to the people that rents the


apartments. It is expected to be employees and
students within Richwell College or Families that
live within Plaridel, Bulacan. The business also
intends to reach beyond the premises of Plaridel.
Suppliers:
 Supplier A - These refers to the provider of the
resources needed to build the establishment.
Parties supporting companies

 Supplier B – These refers to Meralco and Plaridel


water system that will provide the primary needs of
the tenants such as, electricity and water.
 Employees – The business will need 5 employees in
total. Such as Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician,
Financial Manager and the Landlord/lady.
