    Objective: To prepare those in the


    consolidation stage for their encounter
    weekend.

    • The Pre-Enc Head will take charge of the over-
    all pre-encounter sessions.

    • RegComm confirms the number of participants


    for the rest of the logistics.

    • PhysComm arranges the venue in a party set-


    up. Note: party place, not a lecture hall!

    • FoodComm prepares food for the participants


    and for the leaders who invited.
