Activity 1. Family is Love

Family is Home
Family is Home because home is field with family.
This is the perspective I’m growing up and believed in
since then and having a family who understand each
others’ personality and having teamwork are the best trait
that I am proud of having. Mom and dad even my elder
sibling is so protective to me and I felt that they really
care and love in their own little ways even it is so
irritating to listen especially when it runs in days. It may
seem strict yes, but the trait and values that my mom and
dad have, even to my aunts and uncles (curfews, less
“laag”, obeying silent house rules and others) came from
our grandma and grandpa and it is something that we
keep and treasure the most because by those values, we
are very well disciplined and we are more aware to the
possibilities that might happen to us and it is something
that my parents are super afraid of. That might be so
intimate and tight to listen but the way they treat and
show their unconditional love to us is worth the
obedience and patience that we show to them and that is
something that made them smile and love us even more.

Activity 2. All about my family
1. I find the activity interesting and heartfelt. This made me know
more my family and realized that I might hate them sometimes
but the qualities and values they have is worth the patient and
understanding.
2. The best trait or values I learned from my family especially to
my elder sister is being humble and always put your feet on the
ground. The traits that I learned from my parents is being
protective, strong and know our worth.
3. My ideal family size is the same as what we are now. 3 kids is
my ideal size in the future, hoping to have one in the future. I
wanted that much size because of practicality reasons and
actually I am willing to accept any size that God will give me
and I will be forever grateful for the chance He will give to me.
4. The way my parents, elder sister and grandma impose authority
and freedom over me is that they give me a little trust so that I
can also embrace my own self and do what I really wanted. They
just keep on guiding and reminding me to know my limits and I
agree and respect their authority of giving me the freedom.
5. The role that my family portray in my education is the hero and
supporter in some activities that I’m having and also in holistic
development they are my critical thinker, disciplining us with the
right manners and being hands-on to resolving conflicts.

Activity 3. Where do I belong?
1. The kind of family that I belong is Nuclear or Traditional
Family as we are a family consisting of a father, mother and
children.
2. I describe my family as strong and independent because we are
not dependent to my grand parents. We stand and support on
our own even we are near to my grandma. My father worked so
hard for us and it is something that I am proud of to my family.
3. The difference between our family to that of others is that we
have a strong bond with my family. Whenever we have fights
and misunderstanding, our parents don’t tolerate us to rebel and
let us do what we think is right. They really disciplined us and
fights inside our house does not lose a day. Things get better
easily and then smiles will replace in our faces. That is how
strong we are that no matter what storm comes, we stand still
like a bamboo and continue living.
4. What makes my family unique is that we have this pure
happiness and we couldn’t ask more. Just pure happiness and
the presence to each other, the moments, smiles and laughter
shared is most precious one that jewels exist on earth as family
is a gem that nothing else can compare.

1. The two fathers show their love to each of their children

is that the father who waited for the doctor to come in the
hospital is the father who will do anything just to save
his son. The other father who is a doctor, he has love to
his neighbors and responsible. Love to his neighbors for
the reason that even if its his son’s funeral, he still went
to the hospital to do surgery and responsible for the
reason that he really stand up the principle of being a
doctor.
2. The evidence of care that the two fathers gave to their
children is that they really put an effort and do anything
for their children’s sake. Fathers are willing to die for the
sake of their children’s safety and I believe that no father
can stand seeing their children in harm. Unconditional
love and care of a father is the most romantic kind of
love.

3. If this happens to one of my children in the future, I will
really get worried for the sake of my child. Just now
seeing my younger sister in harm and being scolded
because of a mistake, it will really hurt my heart , what
more if it is really my child and is sick. I will really get
worried and hopefully calm.
4. My respond to my parent if I were the child in the story
is that my father should have had not reached below the
belt and talk to the doctor for my sake and save me and
say nothing else. Everyone of us have our own reasons
why we are not present in terms of emergencies. In that
case, we should not directly judge the person because
we don’t know what they’ve through and the words you
said might affect the other person. This is one of the
lessons I really learned in life, is to be careful with my
words and think twice before uttering a single word.
