CHOSEN LAND
 I. Executive Summary
Chosen Land is based in the Bulacan location and focuses on all facets of
event organizing. Anyone or any group with too much on their plate to
prepare an event on their own will turn to the event planning industry as
their go-to resource. Chosen Land strives to be the go-to supplier for any
event with these and other affordable goods and services. It will manage all
aspects of event planning, from weddings and engagement parties to
birthday parties (including debut and after-parties), themed parties,
Christmas and New Year's celebrations, and everything in between,
including anniversaries, dinner parties, and cocktail parties, as well as
corporate events like seminars, exhibits, conventions, and other such
occasions.
 II. Introduction
The province of Bulacan is one of the top destinations to visit in the nation! Both
visitors and residents may enjoy a variety of vacation options in this charming
area. In Bulacan, you can sense the heart and spirit of the Philippines. its people,
its land, its culture, and its history. It is well known that Bulacan is the home of
brave people, stunning ladies, forward-thinking cooperatives, and small and
medium-sized businesses. Bulacan resorts provide an accessible and welcome
escape from the stresses of city life just a short drive north of Manila.

The Barasoain Church is located in Malolos City. It is a landmark that both

domestic and foreign visitors frequently visit. This well-known cathedral was the
site of several historic events that go all the way back to General Emilio
Aguinaldo's presidency of the Philippines, Bulacan's Barasoain Church, also
called Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, is a Roman Catholic church that was
constructed in 1630.
 III. Objectives of the Event, Theme, and Scope

WHAT

Chosen Land: The Singkaban Festival exhibit

WHY

This exhibit is to promote and let the attendees experience and explore the delicacies, festival and culture in
Malolos Bulacan.

As a student, one main reason of this initiative to also be an inspiration to fellow students to always reminisce our
history and acknowledge its importance in the present day.

WHEN

It will happen on the 5th day of May 2023.

 III. Objectives of the Event, Theme, and Scope
WHERE

The Singkaban Festival exhibit will happen in the gym of STI College Malolos.

WHO

We the members of the group 1 will be the organizers of the exhibit.

In terms of the target audience, our team would like to invite our fellow students and the faculty members of our
school. To further inform them about the delicacies, festival and culture in Malolos Bulacan.

HOW

Our team will start on planning the event by brainstorming, sharing of ideas, canvas on how much budget we will
need and think of possible way to execute the event.

To make the event a reality, we will start preparing two (2) weeks before the actual event. Our team will set a
schedule to gather together and start decorating the venue – stage, actual area for exhibit, receiving are and etc.

ST STRATEGY

There are times when your clients want to change, add, or redecorate a specific design, so when we have extra
time, we can do that, demonstrating to them that we prioritize their opinions, wants, and desires to their special
day. For this reason, having time management in every task you complete is a good thing. We will make every
effort to ensure that they have a spectacular and memorable experience on their special day.

Prior to obtaining great success in design and setup, we offer exceptional and high-quality material that will
result in the ideal design the customer desires.

We promise them that we have excellent communication abilities to amuse and support the clients in the greatest
way because we are aware that even planning is a large company.

If we have good communication skills, we can easily connect with the customer, find out if they want
adjustments made to the events, and assure them that we have good venues and designs. As a result, we can be
sure that our work will live up to their expectations.

Successful business provides good quality and work, so in a new business we will study our strategies and
weaknesses, also to our other competitors. So with that we will know what are the things to improve, but we
make sure that our works are excellent because we focus our attention to what they desire and prefer.

We create social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, where we receive all the information
and feedback. We also used flyers that promote our exhibit. Gathering their feedback is a big help because we
will know what is inappropriate and what is appropriate in our exhibit. Knowing what our inappropriate actions
are in the feedback form, it will be a tool for us to be able to improve and also an opportunity to learn more
about what is better in our work. But when the good feedback comes, this is a chance to attract more customers
and they will be assured that we are good to be part of their special event. We know that event planning has a lot
of competitors but we will assure you that our work is unique and excellent. Also, we know that we are still a
small business but we will give you big memories that they will experience.

In order to give our customers the best experience possible, we prioritize them. Yet in our company, we also give
our employees top priority, providing them with benefits and insurance so they may feel safe and secure. Also, if
they feel protected, they will work more efficiently and can give our clients the greatest service.

To stay current with the trends and changes in our culture, our company must innovate. By doing so, we can
attract more customers in the future. The best method to understand our business is to introduce fresh concepts,
designs, and products because clients value uniqueness in addition to high-quality services.

Building a name in event planning is challenging, but when we are dedicated to our work we will be able to
succeed, but we also know that there are also other competitors that have been years in this field, and it will be a
big threat to us. Therefore we will assure our customers that our work is full of dedication and passion,
providing them the service and work that they deserve. Proving them that even though we are still small
business we are terrible. Therefore they don't need to find another event planning because we will provide them
the most magical and unique experience that they've been looking for.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the province of Bulacan is popular for both visitors and

residents, offering a variety of vacations. It is known for brave people,
stunning ladies, forward- thinking cooperatives, and small and medium-
sized businesses.

In conclusion, through the evaluation we are able to know whether we meet

our objectives of attracting more customers and increase the public
awareness of our new event called Chosen Land. We will also get to know
whether people will be back again to try out even if there is no event going
on.
 IX. Conclusion and Recommendations

Recommendation

Investigate new technologies and similar events. Every day, new event
technology is introduced, and sticking to the way things have always been
done is a surefire way to have an unsuccessful event
