INTRODUCTION
Have you ever been in a group situation where someone
took control of the situation by conveying a clear vision of the groups goals, a marked passion for the work and an ability to make the rest of the group feel recharged and energized? This person just might be what is called a transformational leader.

Transformational leadership is a type of leadership
style that leads to positive changes in those who follow. Transformational leaders are generally energetic, enthusiastic and passionate. Not only are these leaders concerned and involved in the process; they are also focused on helping every member of the group succeed as well.
WHO IS A LEADER?
A leader is someone who acts as a guide or a directing
head/chief. The position of a leader is leadership; and the quality displayed by a leader is equally leadership.
LEADERSHIP DEFINED
Leadership may be defined as the process of
influencing the activities of an individual or a group in efforts towards goal achievement in a given situation. It is also an ability to direct and motivate people toward mission accomplishment. Leadership involves: =knowledge of the objective, =knowledge of the individuals whose cooperation you want, and =communication skills.
