Summary of the incident

On February 7 th 2024, at around 11: 40 while dumping ore onto

the Metso crusher Pad for crushing, the SENO-MINING truck
number 01 fell on the passenger side. The driver was alone in the
cab of the truck and was not injured. He was wearying his safety
belt.
