    SuccessFactors Recruitment Management is a module within the SAP

    SuccessFactors suite, which is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM)

    solution. This module specifically focuses on streamlining and optimizing the

    end-to-end recruitment process within an organization.

    • SuccessFactors recruiting management is the Application Tacking program to initiate
    requisitions and to view all applicants information, as well as record Interview results.

    • Access the portal through using the credentials that are used for the performance
    management system.

    • From dropdown list select Recruiting to see all the resources.
