Software.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The manual management of library operations and the final year clearance process at the
Library of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology Wudil has several
shortcomings.
1) Inefficient record-keeping.
2) Inefficient book Borrowing and Return Process.
3) Delays in clearance approval.
4) Limited communication channels.
The study will focus on developing and implementing an Online Library Management
System for University Library of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology
Wudil. The scope includes the following key areas:
5) Fine Management
METHODOLOGY
The research project will employ a qualitative approach, using interviews, surveys, and
questionnaires as data collection methods to support system development. The
Waterfall model of system development will also be utilized, leveraging collaborative
efforts between users and developers and considering time constraints.
This system will be design and developed by the following tools.
