set priorities, make strategic plans, and stay focused amidst challenges and distractions. Moreover, it inspires
confidence and commitment, rallying others around a shared purpose and fostering teamwork and collaboration
2. In the field you are working with name some persons you really value and their qualities
I can look upon some buisness like Ratan Tata and Mukesh Ambani but as well you should have your own quality and
passion for one's life success. So, having an ideal is to opt some good quality from them but you have your own which
can make your identity
3. Why do you think they are valuable
>>They are valuable because they consistently deliver exceptional results, inspire others, drive positive change,
and contribute significantly to the advancement of the field. Their dedication, expertise, and leadership qualities
make them stand out and earn respect from their peers and colleagues.
And many more…
HOW DOES HE WORK DIFFERENTLY?
• Depends on the model which I’m looking upto For example if we take ratan tata ,he’s a
great industrialist & mukesh ambani a great businessman
• To contribute to the society means that we add to society, working a job is a great way to
contribute to society, whether you’re doing it directly or indirectly.
• Yes, a positive and contributive approach can certainly lead to success. By fostering
collaboration, innovation, resilience, and a supportive culture, it enables individuals and
communities to overcome challenges, achieve goals, and thrive in various aspects of life.
WHAT MOTIVATES HIM TO CONTRIBUTE?
• As a Director, I've developed qualities like adaptability, reliability, effective communication, time

2. in your field who are the who are the working professional who you really value and
tell us about their qualities ?
>> as you said I am associated in many streams if you consider the legal stream I
remember the Honorable Justice M R Shah he retired as supreme Court Judge, he is so
humble, down to earth and generous when you meet him you may doubt that you are
the person he might not remember but he see you he just know you by your name and
by your face, comes with you sits with you asks about what's going on with your life
and just give normal facts, I met him when I was very young and he told me "just do
your work in your way don't fear anything just have fear of god" so he works with
these ethics and morals,
3. why do you think that they are highly valuable ?
>> As i said they are always down to earth they meet thousands of people and they remember every, presently i
was watching a movie Sam Bahadur there was also a incident he remembered one member of his battalion with his
army number so these are such people who remember you by your name, your profession, your face and concern
with you they are in communication with you since long time rather they don’t have time to meet you every time
but they always remember you after a phase of time they remember you and call you from their office or home and
consider you to meet him, so these qualities make them legend and they are so busy at some time but still they
consider to meet and talk to you
• So moving further, While doing your work how do you contribute to the society
• As mentioned in your introduction i am performing my duty as an advocate in courts Gujarat high court as well
as at district courts of 8 districts, so you know when you are performing your duties as advocate, as trustee, as
• legal officer or as president of any organisation you need to focus on your role which is given to you and you
need to consider that what are the requirements you will be asked for to perform that role and if you have clarity
and what is your role and how it will be utilised then it you a roadmap that what are the steps to complete your
task and I believe in short term planning, i am not the person who believes in planning of 20 years later or 30
years later, I believe in phases i choose a task work for it, what will be the strategy and position after 6 months
and
• I achieve that and then i move forward to the next step so I think long term planning is great for vision but if you
want to achieve you need to divide it in phases that you can conclude one by one.
WHAT MOTIVATES HIM TO CONTRIBUTE?
• Do you think that positive and contributor approach will really lead us towards success
• Yeah definitely i mean for contribution you need to understand the requirements, for
understanding the requirements
• you need to be on field and if you are on field and connected with people then you will
easily learn what to do and how to achieve the target how to do good for society
• and what are the requirements of society and how will you push yourself and others to
get the results which are important for well-fare of society and future

2. In the field you are working name some persons you really value and their qualities?
>>- So in my field of business I really value 2 people, first it's my dad because he was in this business for many
years, and he always taught me about how to grow our business and provide customers value and happiness, he
taught me many things about business, and he is my idol forever even I am now handling this business there are
many things in which he helps me and teaches me value lessons to grow our business. And second one is my
assistant because he is so much humble to every one and does work really great one thing I like about him is he is
super hardworking and focused, he has a really great focus to work that he does not take any break from any work
I give him until he finishes it, I am not saying that other people working with me are not hardworking of course
they are but he is on another level in terms of hardwork and focus, so these are 2 persons I really value.
3. Why do you think they are highly valuable?
>>First thing why we value someone? We value someone if he/she is more hardworking, intelligent, experience and
with good character, now some people will believe that people with more money is valued in society but that's not
true, a really value educated, and intelligent person values another person on the basis of his/her character and
mindset. So because my dad is very much experienced and every time I learn something new from him, and he is
intelligent with a good character and my assistant who has a really hardworking mindset, and he is intelligent too. So
this is the reason why I value them.
• My role model is Ratan Tata, because the things I really like in him is he is really
hardworking for his company even at this age, he also tells that "we don't learn anything
from success it only builds ego
• if you are mentally weak, failures in life can only lead to success there are no such
people who got success without any failures, success demands number of failures in life,
so failure is not a thing we should be afraid of we should learn from it, face it and fix it."
• another thing I really like about Ratan Tata sir is he donates huge amount of money of his
company profit to the charity and needy people. So that is why he is my role model.
WHAT MOTIVATES HIM TO CONTRIBUTE?
• I donate my 30 to 40% of my yearly profit to charity, in school where children are disable and animal help center, and also I provide jobs and work
for people who really are in search of work to feed their family. Because I believe in helping society and nation, I believe that after we help someone
the smile and happiness on their face brings you happiness where money can’t.
• Definitely, Positive thinking is the key to success but here is a catch not only positive and contributive approach will lead you to success, although
these things are important, but there is another most important thing that lead you to success is strong mindset. A strong mindset is also required to be
build if you are positive and contributive, but your mindset is weak then you will never get success and this is a fact. A strong mindset
• According to me no one has fully developed qualities you learn different qualities and upgrade the qualities that you have, but it's never fully
developed qualities for any person even if he is lifetime working in any field we are always on learning stage until we die. But yes I can tell you some
qualities I am having and upgrading till now those are:-
1. Strong mindset
2. Positive mind
3. Time management
4. Reading
5. Humbleness
THANK YOU
