    What is STAINLESS STEEL PIPE?
    Stainless steel pipe is primarily used in piping systems for
    the transport of fluids or gases, it is commonly manufactured
    using a welding process or extrusion.

    • Welding process involves shaping steel into a


    pipe shape and then welding the seams together
    to hold the shape
    • Extrusion creates a seamless product and
    involves heating a steel rod and then piercing it
    through the middle to create a pipe.

    Moreover, stainless steel pipe is used in areas subject to


    corrosion and near coastal areas also, it is the most
    commonly used pipes in water supply systems, pipelines for
    natural gas, and sewerage systems.

     Duplex / Super Duplex stainless steel - contain both Austenite and Ferrite in the
    microstructure. Used in the seawater system, heat exchanger, and structural
    applications.
