    Appartment Visitor Manegement System

    INTRODUCTION

    The “Appartment Visitor Management System” is designed to


    address the challenges associated with traditional visitor management
    methods.
    Which often involve manual entry logs and limited access control. By
    implementing a digital solution.
    The project seeks to offer a user-friendly interface for residents,
    security staff, and management.
    The application leverages PHP for server-side scripting, HTML for
    content structuring, CSS for styling, JavaScript for interactive features,
    and MySQL for database management, ensuring a seamless user
    experience and robust data handling.
    MAJOR MODULES

    The project consists of the following modules:

    1. Admin Module
    Login: Secure access to the admin dashboard.
    Dashboard: Overview of system activities and statistics.
    Visitors Management: View, edit, and delete visitor records.
    User Management: Add, edit, and delete resident and security
    personnel accounts.
    Reports: Generate and print visitor logs and activity reports

    2. Resident Module:
    Home: Access personal dashboard
    Visitor Re-Registration: Re-register visitors to streamline their check-
    in process.
    Visitor History: View historical data of visitors they have registered.
    Profile Management: Update personal details and change passwords.
    3. Security Personnel Module:
    Home: Dashboard showing real-time visitor data.
    Visitor Check-In/Out: Register visitors upon arrival and log
    their departure.
    Visitor Verification: Verify visitor identity and details
    provided by residents.
    Incident Reporting: Report any security incidents or
    suspicious activities.
