being throw away as garbage due to lack of awareness.
➢ Many skilled handicraft workers in our locality were
unemployed due to the ongoing pandemic.
➢ 2,20,000 kgs of waste was going untreated in Haridwar,

Who are our customers?
People from the age group of 20 - 50 years who are looking to
decorate their houses with handicraft as well as smart home
products.
Our products will also specifically appeal to the younger generation (13 -
25 years) because we will be providing smart products such as a IoT-based
lamp that turns off as you step 10 meters away from it.
We are helping the population of Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradun

by segregating their recyclable waste and using it to make useful

E - Commerce websites -
We will be using E-Commerce websites to sell our products. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. can be huge markets
for our products. E-Commerce sites can enable us to connect with a much wider customer segment.
Approaching local vendors -

We will be approaching many small-size vendors and local shopkeepers in Rishikesh and
Dehradun to further sell our products.
Setting up stalls and exhibitions -

On festive occasions or at least twice a month, we will be setting up stalls and exhibitions in
Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Dehradun to use its rich tourist attractions to our advantage.
Advertising through social media -

In recent years, social media has emerged as an effective way to promote your products online and to get
an international audience. So, we will also be using social media to promote our products.

user is 03 meters away from the lamp. This innovative feature also helps in saving a lot of electricity.

The embroidery hoops thrown away after being considered useless can be used to make a hanging
shelves that are valuable for decorating your house.
Pencil Holder from Empty Tin Cans:

With some recycled tin cans and recycled decorative paper we can make the finest looking pencil
holders.

well. They will help clean the streets and recycle the waste. We will have a close connection
with them so that we can use the recycled raw material that they acquire to make sure we have
ample supply of raw material.

quality raw material.
