Theme:
Malaysian a/c shall not fly for purpose of
public transport and to use as commercial
purposes otherwise under air operators
certificate granted to the operator by Director
General if he is satisfied that the person.

Chapter 1:certificate of airworthiness[2012]
Theme: The DG shall issue in respect of any
a/c a certificate of airworthiness if he
satisfied that the a/c is fit to fly with the
certain condition.

Chapter 2:Maintenance of aircraft
Theme: A certificate of maintenance review
may be issued for the purpose of this
regulation only by the holder a/c
maintenance engineers licence granted.

Chapter 3:Equipment of a/c
Theme:
An a/c shall not fly unless it is so equipped
as to comply with the law of the state in
which it is registers and to enable lights
and markings to be displayed and signals to
be made in accordance with these regulation.
Theme:
Every flying machine shall be weighed,
and the position of its centre of gravity,
determine, time and manner as the DG may
required.
Part VI-Aircraft crew and licensing[2026]
Theme:
An a/c shall not fly in Malaysia unless it
carries a flight crew of the number and
description required by the law of the State
in which it is registered.
