Theme:
Malaysian a/c shall not fly for purpose of
public transport and to use as commercial
purposes otherwise under air operators
certificate granted to the operator by Director
General if he is satisfied that the person.

Regulation 24(1)~(3): Issue of air operator


certificate.

*DG shall grant an air operator certificate to any


person who apply if he satisfied.
Part V –Airworthiness and equipment of A/C[2011]

airworthiness release to service.

Theme: The DG shall issue in respect of any

satisfied that the a/c is fit to fly with the
certain condition.

Chapter 2:Maintenance of aircraft
Theme: A certificate of maintenance review
may be issued for the purpose of this
regulation only by the holder a/c
maintenance engineers licence granted.

But please focus only regulation 28 and 31.
Chapter 3:Equipment of a/c
Theme:
An a/c shall not fly unless it is so equipped
as to comply with the law of the state in
which it is registers and to enable lights
and markings to be displayed and signals to
be made in accordance with these regulation.

*Talk about a/c shall not fly if no navigational


equipment, radio apparatus, log book and
etc.

*Please focus regulation 33 and 34.


Chapter 4: General Provision

Theme:
Every flying machine shall be weighed,
and the position of its centre of gravity,
determine, time and manner as the DG may
required.

Theme:
An a/c shall not fly in Malaysia unless it
carries a flight crew of the number and
description required by the law of the State
in which it is registered.

aircraft in same or different aerodrome and
training manual purpose.

(1)~(6).
***E.g.:
1) Make available to each member of his
operating staff an operations manual.
2) Ensure that each copy of the operations
manual is kept up to date.
Chapter 2:Public transport[2038]
Theme:
The operator of a Malaysian a/c shall not
permit the a/c to fly for the purpose of public
transport without first:
(a)Designating from among the flight crew a pilot
to be the commander of the aircraft for the
flight;
(b)Satisfying himself by every reasonable means
that the aeronautical radio stations and
navigation aids serving the intended route.

Chapter 3:Aerodrome operating minima[2043]
Theme:
The operator of every such a/c shall include in
the operations manual relating to that a/c the
data and instruction that will enable the
commander of the aircraft to calculate the
aerodrome operating minima
….commencement of the flight.

Chapter 4:Conduct of operation[2046]
Theme:
The commander of a Malaysian a/c shall
satisfy himself before the a/c takes off.

Towing the a/c,
Carriage of weapon, dangerous goods
Imperiling safety of a/c
Smoking in a/c
