Resale Policy

 

It has come to our attention that unauthorized third-party websites are advertising for sale individual tickets for Sight & Sound performances. These third-party websites are not affiliated with Sight & Sound Theatres. If you wish to experience a Sight & Sound production in Lancaster or Branson, you have three ways to purchase tickets: book direct through our website www.sight-sound.com; by phone at (800) 377-1277; or from one of our Authorized Resellers. Those three ways are the only ways to safely purchase Sight & Sound Theatres® tickets. Please review the additional details below regarding our ticket resale and refund policy.

Sight & Sound enforces a strict ticket ownership and resale policy for the privacy and safety of our guests. The Sight & Sound Theatres® reservation holder is considered the direct contracting party and customer of Sight & Sound and deemed the owner of the reservation (“Holder”). To protect Sight & Sound customers from scams and prevent potential confusion, Sight & Sound Theatres® tickets cannot be resold by or through third party ticket sites or any other method without such site or platform having an active “Authorized Ticket Reseller” agreement with Sight & Sound Theatres® (“Authorized Resellers”). Holders and Authorized Resellers are not permitted to sell or transfer Sight & Sound Theatres® tickets for more than their face value. Sight & Sound Theatres® tickets may not be listed for sale or transfer, whether directly or on third-party platform, without the seller or listing party having first purchased and obtained possession of the Sight & Sound Theatres® tickets then listed. Sight & Sound Theatres® tickets resold without a signed “Authorized Ticket Reseller” agreement, or to an individual not actively listed on the reservation, will be deemed invalid. Invalid tickets will be confiscated immediately and any persons in possession of invalid tickets may be denied entry into the theater. Any adjustments, changes, or cancellations to Sight & Sound Theatres® reservation must be made by the reservation owner.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

 

STANDARD SERVICES

We consider all sales final within 30 days of your show date. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be processed within 30 days. If you are looking to make a change to your reservation within that 30 day window, we encourage you to contact our Guest Relations Team at (800) 377-1277 to review your options. Certain special offers may be a final sale at the time of the purchase.

Theatre doors will close promptly at the start of the showtime. Due to the nature of our productions, the seating of late arrivals cannot be guaranteed until intermission. At the discretion of the House Manager, late arrivals may be seated in a location other than the originally purchased tickets. Please plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. There will be no refunds for late arrivals.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

 

Sight & Sound Theatres gladly accepts the return or exchange of merchandise purchased in our theaters or from sight-sound.com with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment. Please fill out our return form for returns and exchanges.
