I wouldn’t know where to start and would have to write a book
about the attention to detail, friendliness and quality of service
experienced at The Haig.
- The doormen/security are charming and there 24hours.
- The lounge is a great place to meet international people over a
drink (fully stocked bar) or a coffee (nespresso).
- Details, details, details... the concierge service offered by Martin,
Catalina and Nick exceeds all expectations. And I work in Luxury
travel so have stayed in my fair share of top-notch properties
around the world. I was here during my birthday and found fresh
flowers and wine in the living room, an extremely nice touch.
- The gym/laundry/kitchen are perfectly equipped to feel at home on
longer stays.
- Special poolside events and pre office breakfasts are on offer to
meet people.
- I had friends over for an asado (bbq) and they took care of all
buying, cooking and cleaning so I could fully enjoy myself too (didn’t
I say its a dream come true?)
- Palermo Hollywood is an ideal location.
- Internet works at full speed (a rarity in this part of the world).
- Oh, and the swimming pool is heated all winter!
Needless to continue, they do a superlative job at keeping you
happier than you know how to keep yourself.
Trying really hard to come up with a negative. Guess I’m extremely
disappointed you haven’t opened a Haig in every city I travel to.

because I’m lazy !!! ;) But my stay at The Haig was so good I have to
recommend it to other travelers!
I really felt at home and also organized a BBQ near the swimming
pool ! I had a great moment with my friends living in BA.:
There is a team tacking care of all you wish for in here ! Catalina and
Martin do whatever you ask to satisfie you !
I deeply recommand The Haig if you want to stay in a great place

I travel a lot for work and there is no where in the world that
receives you like the Haig. A rare oasis of perfect customer service in
Buenos Aires, if you’re looking for the”extra” touches then look no
further. it’s friendly, homely, and luxurious in apartments designed

The Haig staff are amazing, nothing seems to be too much trouble
for them and they are professional and attentive, they take great
pride in making guests feel at home in the building and really pay
attention to all the small details to make a guest feel comfortable
and welcome, Martin and Catalina went out of their way to fulfill
any enquiry i made. Their maid Lilly who cleans the apartments is
also wonderful and goes to the detail of cleaning my laptop screen.
The building and interior design of the apartments is excellent, and
the HAIG has a strong community/family feel to it, amenities and
pool as well as the location are awesome, everything you need is
within a block or two from the HAIG and Palermo Hollywood is a
cool hipster neighborhood and has a local and less touristic feel to it
than other neighborhoods in BA.
I am trying to find a negative point to mention to balance my review
but sincerely cannot think of anything - great place.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Haig for a month and I wished it
was for a year. This place has a great vibe to it. It feels like home but
with a bunch of extra amenities that my home doesn’t have. First, the
staff is super-attentive. You can’t walk toward the front door without
someone jumping up to open it for you. And every question and
request is treated like a priority. They found me a great full gym close
by, they found me a great restaurant for a special occasion, and even
located some meds for a friend who was running low. The bar/pool
area is spectacular and the “no kids” rule is very welcome for single
adults like me. Sorry moms and dads. I love your kids but it is nice to
have an adult-only space once in awhile. The location (in the middle of
the best restaurant and bar neighborhood in BA), the pool, the staff,
the free washing machines and dryers, free cable tv and wifi, and the
wonderfully-designed rooms make the Haig highly recommended!
Room Tip: There are no bad views from any rooms in this building.
