I'm an IT professional with over 20 years experience in a number of specialist areas including training (both group and one-to-one), curriculum development, software development, system administration and front-end web development.
Prior to becoming a self-employed IT consultant in 1996, I worked for a number of high-profile solicitors as both a fee-earner and an IT specialist. I was a key player in the decision to implement a fully-automated Practice and Case Management software solution - a decision that ultimately increased productivity and provided cost savings and other benefits for the firm.
