Since Omni’s inception in 2004, Eugene has overseen the day to day operations of the organization that has grown into a full service real estate organization (development, construction and management) employing over 600 full time employees. During this period, Omni has acquired and rehabilitated (or is in the process of rehabilitating) 64 properties totaling over 12,700 units of affordable housing with an aggregate transaction amount of approximately $1.5 Billion dollars.
