Exercise. Eat. Enjoy. Evolve. I have over 20 years experience in the health and exercise field including coaching, teaching and research. I am now bringing all these experiences to work with people as a personal trainer. My vision is to help give people insights into their health and wellbeing and to equip them with personal knowledge, skills and experiences to manage it in a holistic and practical way, and as a result, get more out of their life, both now and in the future. I provide individually tailored fitness and dietary programmes including assessment, planning, instruction and support, to enable and empower clients to achieve their goals.
