Production Manager

In 2010, Gerald Mayfield accepted a role as a production manager at Norampac, a corrugated manufacturing company based in Schenectady, New York. He developed and implemented a number of initiatives to improve output quantities by more than one ton per hour at 12 percent lower labor costs. Recognized for his successful leadership, Gerald Mayfield advanced to regional production manager and held responsibility for plants in Schenectady and New York City, as well as Thompson, Connecticut.
