Responsible for the administrative, fiscal and clinical management of an outpatient substance abuse treatment, intervention, and prevention facility. Responsibilities include: managing the fiscal budget, administrative management of 20 staff, grant writing, fundraising, working with Board of Directors, community networking and agency promotion, programmatic quality assurance, policy development, program development and implementation, and holding a small clinical caseload.
