He has over 20 years of practical experience working in aquaculture facilities in Egypt, training staff, and designing farms. Practical experiences and activities : 1993 Training in the Mariculture Research Center, supervised by Belgium experts. 1995 Redesigned Alexandria’s Shirimbo farm site (first shrimp farm in the Middle East). 1997 Opened ALWafaa farm in Ismailia, a subsidiary of Osman Ahmed Osman and trained technical staff to work within the farm’s aquaculture operations. 2001 Following the departure of foreign experts, established the Sinai 21 in Port Said to breed and cultivate marine fish larvae. 2002 Designed, operated and trained technical staff at Haraz farm at Qantarah competent to spawn marine fish and shrimp. 2002 Awarded a certificate of appreciation from the college for contribution to marine aquaculture. 2004 Awarded a certificate from the Department of Fisheries, Faculty of Agriculture of El- Arish. 2005 Restart shrimp farm of Red Sea Governorate parked after the departure of foreign experts. 2007 Awarded a certificate of appreciation from the college, appointed a senior in marine aquaculture. 2010 Helped with hatching Sea bream and sea bass and shrimp at Haraz farm and Associates Technical staff. 2013 Get a certificate of appreciation in the science day from Suez Canal University. April 2015 Obtained an award in the festival of science day from Suez Canal University. 2015-2016 Help students of the Faculty of Fisheries 2016 Assigned as director Aquaculture Research Center in Al-Arish, Egypt. 2017 Several work special research in marine aquaculture under preparation for publication. Member of the Egyptian Society for aquaculture. Has helped a number of students from Egypt and other Arab countries research their Master and Ph.D studies. Publishing several articles on marine aquaculture in several magazines and websites competent for fish. Author of several books in the field of aquaculture published and other under printing.
Raise the work efficiency the form of: In-depth knowledge of all technical work in aquaculture marine fish and crustaceans. Assist researchers in the field of Fisheries and facilitate their work. Lecture and training of trainers in several training programs. Production of fry and larvae of marine fish and crustaceans. Production of tilapia until they reach commercial size. Work to raise team work efficiency within the center through training the technicians and assistants and informing them of the latest advances in this field.
