I currently play the role of CTO within the Unit at Telefónica in charge of the development of Telefónica's IoT and Smart Cities platform. This role is combined with my role as coordinator and Chief Architect of FIWARE (http://fiware.org).
FIWARE is an open platform which integrates advanced OpenStack-based Cloud capabilities and a library of Generic Enablers making it easier to develop innovative applications in multiple sectors.
