I am a Practical Physical Education Academician as well as an Administrator for the past 24 years. I have published more than 70 Research papers in National and International Journals and Conferences. I have authored 8 books in the field of Physical Education. My area of interests are Research in Training Methods, Exercise Sciences, Athletics and Yoga. I have received many Honorary awards for excellent achievements in Physical Education and Sports. I have committed myself to the cause of Sports by teaching and coaching the professional students.
