The document outlines the production schedules of Joey Carabini, Charlie Smith, and Tom Glasgow. It finds that while the group can work together during media lessons, their optimum filming times are Monday and Thursday evenings when all three members are available. The plan is to use media lessons for assignments, film outside of school, and return to the classroom to edit using Apple Macs and software like Pro Res and Final Cut Pro.
5. Analysis of the charts
All members of our group will be present for the
majority of our media lessons, meaning we can work as
a group on assignments in our class time.
However, in terms of filming, our optimum times to
work will be Monday and Thursday evenings (as
labelled on the charts). These are the only times
during the week when the entire group are available.
This does not mean we cannot carry out productive
tasks such as producing foleys either individually or
when two of our three group members are available.
6. The Plan
We plan to use our media lessons to complete assignments
for the blog. This is a prime opportunity to produce the
best possible quality of work as we can utilise the available
Apple Macs.
We will use our free time outside of school to film and
produce material such as photos of the location, foleys and
make up.
Once we have filmed our OTS, we will return to the
classroom in order to edit the material we have filmed. The
main reason for doing this in the classroom is that the
Apple Macs allow us to use technology and software such
as Pro Res and Final Cut which provides the best resources
and tools for editing.
