- Created and conducted the annual, ground-breaking, global survey on the "Organization in the Digital Age" for 10 years: data, analysis, case studies from 300 to 400 participating organizations. Currently researching the Gig Mindset inside organizations. (2018) - Defined the innovative Digital Workplace framework and corresponding Scorecard. - Runs private briefings and strategy workshops for management. Speaks at conferences and runs workshops. - Created and facilitates IntraNetwork, Paris-based work group of digital practitioners in global or complex organizations.
